I've been using Insight Broadband for about ten years now. There's been a few problems, but they were resolved quickly.

I guess that's the important thing, that they fix problems without any hassel. Technical problems with some companies are almost impossible to resolve.

Anyway, I have cable internet and cable TV with Insight, and I really don't have any complaints.
